Insight mining and converting data into employee awareness programmes & action plans.

Part of a global effort to address workplace gender equality, iWill was retained to support and assess employee research for gender-related concerns. We incorporated our findings into a leadership bootcamp for Europe, and defined objectives with timelines and metrics per region.

The findings from this boot camp were then consolidated into a best practice presentation that was then shared at an internal global leadership conference and become the global best practice for the programme.
